"Painted in a feverish 24 hours, July Breeze was the last piece created for the show "Scott County Almanac" shown at Savage Art Studios & Gallery.  It was painted in the studio using another painting as a reference.  It is the fruit of an invitation to paint on the property of a generous Prior Lake resident, Charlie Sunder, who heard I was having a hard time finding parking spots across from the lake.  I painted three pieces of and around Prior lake using their residence as a base.  It was a wonderful consclusion to a years worth of painting for the show.  I believe "July Breeze" to be one of the strongest paintings I have done to-date."
