LG06 STUDIO STILL LIFE PAINTING or DRAWING with LOUISE GILLIS

Beginning to advanced, ages 16 and above welcomed. This is a class on direct painting with a focus on still life.  Students will bring their own objects to paint still lifes from nature using the  "sight size" method.  Drawing, values, edges and warm/cool colors will be discussed and demonstrated. We will discuss how edges and color imply a sense of light. Knowledge of tools and materials will be emphasized. Instructor is Atelier-trained.
